I have handled kidnappings, extortions, political violence, organized crime, and guerrilla activity during processes of expansion, efficiency, reengineering, mergers, and acquisitions in industries such as tobacco, construction, retail, banking, entertainment and telecommunications.

My approach focuses on diagnosing what top management considers a catastrophic or non-tolerable loss, aligning this criterion across the corporation, and implementing High-Impact–Low-Cost actions to integrate them into the corporate culture, with an emphasis on resilience and the effectiveness of the organization’s response capability.
